Our sister company DreamVest Executive Homes & Construction is a commercial and residential licensed general contracting firm.  If you want to sell your home in order to build a new home, we can save you a large amount of time and money.  We can also build a turn key commercial project or build to suit project.

In House Renovation Crew

Home inspections are now a part of most transactions.  In many instances, the home inspector will find a list of items that will have to be repaired before your home can close.  We offer to our clients the use of our renovation crew when these items do arise.  This will cost you a fraction of what you would pay an outside contractor to fix the problem.  Our renovation crew can also be used if you want to purchase and renovate a home. You can have a renovation cost figure in hours, not weeks.

Accurate Square Footage

All of our agents have experience in measuring homes or are trained in square footage calculations.  Do you realize that a 100SF error could cost you as much as $3000-10,000.  You will feel comfortable knowing you are getting full value for your home.
